We do not just certify the product: we invest in staff training so that they can operate all machinery independently and accurately, including preventive maintenance, which is a fundamental pillar for qualifying production processes.
At the heart of our production lies welding certification, an area classified as a “special process”. Since the integrity of a weld can only be fully verified once the product is complete, prior validation of the process is the only way to guarantee excellence.
Quality and Safety Guarantee
To ensure the highest standards in stainless steel welding certification, we operate in accordance with European standard EN ISO 15614, rigorously managing the necessary technical documentation:
PWPS (Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification)
This is the preliminary welding specification. In this document, we detail all the technical parameters required to execute a high-standard, professional weld joint.
- Defines technical and operational parameters.
- Serves as the baseline for creating the "welding coupon."
- Subject to subsequent laboratory testing and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record)
This represents the procedure qualification record. It is the official document that validates and approves the entire welding process.
- Officially certifies the test results performed on the coupons.
- Confirms compliance with international regulatory requirements.
- Certifies that the procedure (PWPS) is suitable for production.
Welder and Operator Qualification
In addition to processes, we certify skills. Steel welding certification inevitably depends on the operator’s manual skills. Our professionals are qualified according to EN ISO 9606, ensuring that every job is carried out with the method and millimetric precision required by high-level stainless steel processing certifications.
